5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
   Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable locations. Orders using COD may be verified before dispatch. Repeated refusals or misuse may result in restricted access to COD in the future.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days.
Free shipping is offered on all orders.

7. Returns & Exchanges
   We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Accompanied by original tags and packaging
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased during a clearance or final sale will
not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions
   Gift cards, promotional codes, and discounts are non-transferable and subject to terms decided by Weftwear. We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at our discretion without prior notice.
9. User Conduct
   You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to hack or disrupt operations, or provide false information. Weftwear reserves the right to deny or restrict access to any user violating these terms.
